A beautiful vintage poodle pin from Italian master Francisco Tortolani. This piece was hand-cast in pewter, polished by hand, finished in silver plate and signed in the back. It measures 2 1/8" long and base measures 1 1/4". It has a red rhinestone eye and small faux pearls. This pin is in pristine condition.
